Troublesome Style is for everyone who has their own style — not the one dictated by trends, but one shaped by life experiences, inspirations, and visions. It’s for the rebellious and the romantic, for those confident enough to stand tall in a world that often tries to shrink them. It’s for the dreamers and the time travellers, for those who believe they are here to change the world. My journey into fashion began with curiosity, creativity, and a determination to do things my own way. From a young age, I questioned expectations, experimented with bold choices, and discovered that following my instincts often produced results that exceeded conventional approaches. This mindset shaped not only who I am, but also the philosophy behind Troublesome Style.
Since I was a little girl , I have lived and breathed fashion. Pop culture, music, film, sports, and history have always fuelled my understanding of garments, fabrics, and silhouettes on a deeper level. Over the last five years, I’ve travelled the world, studying how style shifts across cultures, and discovering just how profoundly it influences everyday life. That fascination naturally evolved into a career path, which is why I chose to study Fashion Buying and Brand Management at Ravensbourne University London.where I gained a comprehensive understanding of the fashion industry. I explored garment construction, silhouettes, fabrics, brand development, market strategy, and the influence of fashion history. I learned to see fashion not only as an aesthetic pursuit but as a complex industry shaped by strategy, culture, and innovation. To further understand how style communicates beyond the garment, I pursued an MA in Strategic Advertising and Marketing Communications at the University of Greenwich. Here, I developed expertise in branding, visual storytelling, PR, and market positioning — the skills that enable me to help individuals and brands present themselves with clarity, confidence, and impact. In addition, I earned two professional certifications from the London College of Fashion: The Business of Styling — equipping me with the tools to deliver strategic creative solutions, manage editorial projects, and execute styling that aligns with brand identity and market objectives.
Personal Styling — deepening my knowledge of fashion psychology, body proportions, colour theory, and the visual language of clothing, empowering me to create looks that communicate confidence and individuality.
Beyond academia, my professional experience has taken me across multiple corners of the fashion industry.
PR & Events: Worked behind the scenes at London Fashion Week, coordinating press, managing guest relations, and supporting high-profile shows.
Fashion Journalism: Wrote articles covering fashion weeks around the world, analysing trends and cultural influences for a global audience.
Creative Direction: Developed concepts, visual narratives, and mood boards for photoshoots and campaigns.
Public Events: Managed and hosted large-scale industry events, blending logistics
with style to create memorable experiences.
Here, at Troublesome Style, I bring that perspective to you — styling that’s bold yet timeless, personal yet universal, and above all, unapologetically yours.
